Shipping Costs and Options

Dear costumers, we offer Flat Standard and Flat Priority shipping services/fees. Please notice that orders are normally shipped within two business days of acceptance of payment and, consequently, two (2) business days should be added to the equivalent delivery time shown with your Standard or Priority shipping option.

Free Shipping Information

Domestic orders of $50 or more are eligible for free standard shipping anywhere in the United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories). International orders of $100 or more will also be eligible for free standard shipping.

In the event of any other shipping promotion, promotions will only apply to most United States destinations (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories).

International Shipping ships internationally. All transactions are in U.S. Dollars.

Duties and taxes have not been included in the preceding shipping fees. It is also possible for a third party to be responsible for duty and/or tax fees. Customs officials of the importing country assess duties and taxes based on the information provided on the air waybill, the commercial invoice and other relevant documents related to the shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

All returns must be made within 20 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached. Returns after 20 days are only available for merchandise credit. Items returned due to wrong size are eligible for exchange only. Returns other than our error will have a 15% re-stocking fee deducted from the refund.

Cover the original shipping label with a return label and return it to us in the original shipping package. Enclose this form and indicate the Reason Code for the return.

We recommend shipping your package by a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS insured mail.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, credit will be processed against the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 14 days after receipt for processing your refund. Allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. WE WILL REFUND SHIPPING COSTS ONLY IF THE RETURN IS THE RESULT OF OUR ERROR.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used or items that have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and labels will qualify the hat as being worn. is not responsible for any item that we did not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy.
